depends on what city they're in!! In ND (where I'm from) that house is probably on the market for like 500,000! vs the millions in some big city!

knowing mitch, he prolly got a discount... i mean he gets what he wants 9/10, he has plenty of money and resources... he could make that house cheaper and possibly near a big city by persuasion lol...
