Most Groundbreaking Game in the Last 20 Years
San Andreas was better and groundbreaking. However while is was better than this it wasn't as groundbreaking. GTA3 changed the way videogames are played forever. San Andreas came afterwards. After GTA3 you saw a huge amount of imitations. Godfather, Scarface, Mafia (loosely) and countless others.
