Ambulence Mission

I have completed every mission in the geme, except the last mission (which I can easily complete) and the Ambulence mission (which I can't complete). Can anyone out there please give me some tips on finishing this annoying mission?

That all depends on your biggest problem regarding completing it. If you have consistant problem with rolling the vehicle or running out of time, you are better off doing it in Staunton (flatter layout and more time to get to the patients). The disadvantage of Staunton is that there are multiple levels to some areas...as much as 3 where Asuka's apartment is...which may require a little guesswork as you speed toward the marker.

Because you have progressed past the Portland storyline, your choice has been made for you. Trying to complete it there would be nearly impossible due to the shotgun-wielding wiseguys. And Shoreside is overtly-difficult regardless of what stage you are at in the game.

General tips:
Keep the siren off. Turning it on is of little value, because random traffic switch lanes too slowly (and have the increased risk of running over your patient). Go toward the furthest marker you have time to reach...preferably toward an area that does not have multiple levels (save those for when you have some time built up to cover incorrect guesses). When a patient opens a door, proceed to the next...there is no need to wait until they are seated. Try to collect 3 patients each run...while going away from your starting position in a single direction. If you are under fire from the Columbians, get a 1-star wanted level to scare them off (police cannot pull you out when using the shoulder button that corresponds to the door that are trying to open). If you have more than 1 star at any time, IMMEDIATELY hit your bribes (the police fire/vehicles cause too much damage to wait). Do not turn sharply when going fast on an incline...pick one or the other. Use the staircase or the grass median to get to the hospital (the paved entrance is needlessly time-consuming).

Thank you very much for your help. I'm going to try it out right now.

I finally beat the ambulance mission in Stauton over the weekend, so if you're still having troubles I might be able to help. Let me know.

I know im late, but a HUGE tip, once you pop kill I believe Salvatore, and if you havent done the ambulance missions, as the one poster said, your choice is made, you have to do it in Staunton (If anyone has done this in shoreside, Id love to freaking hear it!) I did mine in Portland, just because I knew the layout so well in portland, staunton Im ok at, but I can get a little lost. Shoreside, I get lost easily.
