Even though I have not seen most or even all of the teen movies this one spoofs I still recognize the tropes (Slow clap) and other moments. (John Hughes HS.)

Was the incest thrown in there from any particular movie or just making fun of slutty teen girls that will have sex with anything with a pulse?

think it was a reference to Cruel Intentions - not seen it for about 10 years, but if I remember right, Ryan Philippe's character's step-sister would flirt and tease as a way of getting him to do what she wanted.
