2. The library detention scene is from Breakfast Club, as is the Molly Ringwald appearance and the teacher in the detention scene as well

4. A great deal of the movie revolving around the football team is from Varsity Blues
5. Mr. T's character/portrayal is of the murderer from I Know What You Did Last Summer
6. The poetry reading scene and the stadium singing scene is from 10 Things I Hate About You
7. The cheerleading scene at the football game is based on Bring It On.

Yes, but the plot point of the old lady being the undercover journalist they mention earlier who has never been kissed is from Never Been Kissed.
