The court scenes = realism

Recently, I rewatched this film, and one of the elements that really stood out this time around was the realism of the court scenes. This is a common setting which most films get wrong (usually an intentional choice by film makers) to bypass the extraordinarily mundane structure of actual court proceedings, and portray them as much more animated than in reality. This film though seems to portray court proceedings flawlessly ... relying absolutely on dialogue, and not on the laywers moving freely about the courtroom for dramatic effect.

Anyone else have any thoughts on these scenes ... especially people that have some experience in the day-in, day-out protocol of real courtrooms?
