Was Everyone In Sam's World a Complete A$$hole?

I will say that the social workers, judge, and city lawyers were dead on. These people are human waste who LOVE to use their power people they're losers who never culd get a real job in the private sector.

But I'mtalking about everyday people. The bus driver who left him when he asked him to hold on a second, the father who pushed him when he was touching that stupid kid who should have been smashed in the face, the guy is retarded, give him a break. I know the world is filled with stupid horrible people, but MOST people are actually quite nice to people with these issues I know I am extra nice when i see a person like Sam.

I happen to agree, Sam was just trying to do the best he knew how to do for his daughter, I just wanted to slap some of these people! Give the guy a break. I think that aside from Rita and Sams friends, the only person who treated Sam with any kind of respect or compassion was the shoe salesman played by Brent Spiner. I loved that scene.

Yes, the father of that bratty boy was being too harsh to Sam. He was a jerk!

Yes, that father was an a-hole, I thought so too. But that is actually what a lot of parents are like. They never see anything wrong in their child's behaviour and let them say and do whatever they want, but if anyone so much as tries to talk to them they will freak out and exaggerate 'he yelled at my kid!', 'he threatened my kid!', 'he shoved/abused my kid' etc.

What do you expect, really?

Those jobs are designed for the general populace, for generalized situations, NOT to be custom adjusted for every single new case.

Plus these positions are usually overworked and underpaid.

So don't expect these types to have any patience if you don't make sense. They have to get on with the next impatient waiting customer/case, and don't have time to figure you out.
