Question about the episode "Tomorrow"

When Rick Davenport's limo comes to pick up Sarah and his daughter, Hannah leans in the window and says she's sorry about the death of his son. Without saying a word, he leans over Sarah to roll up the window. It's like slamming a door in her face and don't understand that reaction. At that point in the story he has no idea who killed his son, so why be so cold towards her?

reply

He never liked her, because of they co-op has a rule that they won't put up with the nannies that cause trouble between families and she was the reason that he fired his nannie.

reply

ah, makes sense. Thanks!

I had to think real hard to figure this one out! So many of these episodes are unwatchable to me at times! The characters, plotline, or resolutions just don't make sense to me! The sister turning on her sibling like that was just ridiculous; total bent!
