Despite The Fact That This Is One Of My Fav. Movies Of All Time...

And believe me it is in my top ten list, it has its fare share of flaws.
and to begin with the script...it is just so poorly written, i realized this in my 3rd time watching the movie.
another thing...I AM SUCH A BIG FAN OF MYREL STREEP, and i have almost all of her movies...but this wasnt one of her finest performances...AT ALL, i think that this may have been her worst as a matter of fact.
the music is just the highlight of the movie and Nicole's performance was superb.
the story is deep enough to suck u in and make u care for the characters, especially Virginia's.
I LOVE this movie but couldn't stand not to share my thoughts about it.
