Takes place before Bloodline. It's years after the 3rd Hellraiser and Kirsty is married. She has a lot of money from her father. Her husband Trevor and his friend make a deal with Pinhead. He will give Pinhead Kirsty's soul, if he and his friend get all her money. All this is found out at the end. The story is about Trevor. Him and Kirsty were in a car accident. Trevor wakes up with amnesia and Kirsty is missing. He keeps seeing horrifing events with Pinhead and other Cenobites. Three women keep seducing him, and Trevor doesn't know why. Then the 3 women die, followed by his friend. At the end Pinhead appears to him and gives him back his memory. Trevor had been sleeping with the 3 women who were seducing him and ploting to give Kirsty too Pinhead. He recovered the Lament Configuration and forced Kirsty to open it. Kirsty was taken to Hell to have her soul claimed by Pinhead. But Kirsty made a deal with Pinhead. If Pinhead would spare her and leave her alone, she would give him 5 souls in place of her own. The 3 women that Trevor was sleeping with more the first 3. Followed by Trevor's friend who was also plotting to kill Kirsty, then Trevor himself. The car accident happened because Kirsty shot Trevor after escaping from Pinhead. Pinhead took the 5 souls and spared Kirsty.
