Yeah I know that, but I think those were more metaphorical references than a literal statement. As far as I know Clive Barker's Hellbound Heart wasn't referencing Hell when he talks about Levithan's Labyrinth. I think it's a common misconception, and he fact that the film series is called "Hell"raiser doesn't help lol.

Yeah your right, but you get my point I think. Barker doesn't seem too keen on judeo-christian ideas like Heaven and Hell in general. He has a much more esoteric point of view it seems.
