Is the narrator the same guy from WarioWare on the Wii?

In WarioWare: Smooth Moves, there is a narrator that tells you how to hold the controller. His voice SOUNDS exactly like the narrator in this movie.

I noticed the similarity immediately and started cracking up while my brother was trying to figure out what I was laughing about. Is it the same guy? The voice is so... identical. Either that or it's a VERY strange coincidence.

If you're talking about the dark voice (in the ending) then thats the director of this movie, called Master Fatman (real name Morten Lindberg).
