a bit confused?

I saw this movie a day ago and I have to admit than i'm somewhat confused...What was the link with oeganda? What were they talking about with the flying, and why did they end up without gravity? Secondly...why did the claire dane clones reacted so hysterically when joaquin en clairs brother walked in? And why on earth did they choose to walk to their village with the snowstorm coming up at the end?
but I have to say...this movie is not easy to forget..The images were really nice and the music WOW!!! Personally I wasn't to keen on claire's acting (I mean...what's with the accent...was it russian, polish..I think I even heard a irish accent coming out of her mouth in a scene)But I likes sean penns bit in it and joaquin.
