This movie is a masterpiece. It is the only 'cubistic' piece of art that I actually love. The film is mathematically built, every sequence has a perfectly clear meaning and it is required by previous and following sequences. The fact that many people don't understand it can only add to the absurdity of the world and therefore to the acuity with which the film reflects reality.

shareWithout a doubt, the film is very, very good. I liked it. But, what I said about you not understanding it was ironic. This is one of those movies that don't make a lot of sense, or better put, every person makes it own sense. This is good, of course, but the bottom line is: nobody really understands it! Exactly like "Intacto", for example. I asked several persons: "OK, so what was it all about, then?" and they said just like you: "You don't get it because it's a completely different film". "OK, I said, I can see that, but you still didn't answer my question" :)))))
The Gognitti line is from the video game "Max Payne", which I recommend it to you. As you probably know, they're making the movie version of the game, which simply can't be good, but... try the game ;)
