I don't think the National Security theme is actually taken from a song. It looks like it was something made exclusively for this film. Here is a complete list of all the songs that appear in the closing credits, in order of their appearance in the film. The song you (and I, actually) are looking for plays during the opening and closing of the movie, and doesn't seem to be included in the credits!!
