Bizarre behavior from the female impound clerk

Does anyone know why the female impound clerk, after she tells Hank to be patient, frantically runs and ducks below the counter?

I cant see any rational or logical reason for this behavior.

It was a police impound yard and as such when she entered Hank's info the APB came up. She ducked because she knew the cops were coming and thought there might be gunfire.
