Seriously - was that supposed to be some kind of comedic relief? I just don't understand why the film's evil would keep a turtle in his desk... And why did Jessica decide to rescue the turtle when she escaped the mansion? This is very confusing.

Turtle=lil grls pet I assume... evil dude 'playing' with it shows his,well evil. She rescues it becuase she is a good person. Don't look into this film too deeply,it's a cheap action flick,an a great 1 4 dat. :D
shareYeah, I know - it's a great movie and all, it's just the turtle part that I don't quite get. ...I don't think it was the lil girl's pet, though, because that would be a triple system of hostages. I think the "evil dude" said something like "I had a turtle, but your mommy took it away from me" when the girl asked for a toy. I mean, if the turtle belonged to the girl, wouldn't she ask for it right away? O_o I guess it's explained in the dvd commentary. :-)
