How did she know?
The hooker kept asking Richard where her daughter was throughout the movie, then when Jet Li (Johnny) asks her where she is, she tells him... how did she know where she was?! Did she know all along??

shareDidn't she know all along - Richard just wouldn't allow her to go there. She knew that if she ran away Richard would find her, since he had so many contacts within the police, etc.
