could someone please explain why the French inspector felt he had to shoot the chinese heroin guy!???
sharethe chinese gangster guy was someone who could have correctly identified richard as being the mastermind behind the drug smuggling ring. the 'contact' he was waiting for in the hotel at the beginning was actually richard himself. richard had to kill him to prevent being made, especially since a chinese officer was now involved in the case.
