Jet Li + Game Of Death

I'm a huge Bruce Lee fan and think that the 1978 version needs to be re-done. But this time not with Bruce Lee cut outs or parts of his other movies. I think they should re-do that movie using the original story that Bruce intended to do! Nobody has to imitate Bruce Lee they can just use the top Martial Arts actors in movies today and put them all in that last scene fighting each other....Van Damme (he's got the highest kicks), Stephen Segal (deadliest street fighter), Chuck Norris (best karate fighter)and Jet Li (best kung fu fighter) can star in the movie! Jet Li is not Bruce Lee, but he is the closest I've seen to Bruce Lee. There's so many old movies that are being re-done these days why not make a re-make that needs to be re-done!? What does everyone think about this idea?

Ray Park is very underrated. As an experienced performance wushu competitor he has all the physical abilities to put on a great martial arts scene. I kept rewinding the Darth Maul fight over and over just to examine his moves. If you know wushu you know how hard it is to do the things he does with no wires at all.

Lets see Jet Li vs Ray Park. Now that is a movie worth examining.

I agree. It would be awesome to see Ray Park vs. Jet Li.

The whole Martial artists fighting each other is an idea that me & me mates often drunkenly discuss. The fighters mentioned (van damme, seagal, Jet li, jackie chan) would be championed by seagal IMHO (in his prime at least) only because his on screen fighting is the only one that seems genunily feasible and brutal enough...!

....back of the net.

Quite a good idea, but should be made exactly after Bruce Lee´s script and with a quite realistic touch.

I'd love to see Jet Li make a version of The Game of Death the way Bruce Lee had intentionally meant it with him fighting his way up a "pyramid" of fighters.

Wayne Enterprises buys and sells companies like Stark Industries

Please, no sequels! Nothing can beat the original classics, and Jet Li will look funny as a short version of Brue Lee. He's a little man!
