The dialogue to begin with was just awful. It was hurting me to listen to these ridiculous lines. After all that mindless yapping all i got was he is a cop who is just a cop and she is a hooker who is just a hooker. The only good parts were the fight sequences by Cory Yuen. They were not enough to justify this lame script as well as the poor acting. Cory Yuen didnt even show his best choreography which i think is in The Transporter.

Is the subject of his heading a true fact? In case it is, I must be a big old liar when I say that I liked it...alot. Jet's best American movie to date in my opinion...although the fight with the twins I would have liked to see go longer.

Road to hell is paved with good intentions
this is one of my favourite movies at the moment, jet li is great in it, the direction and production is awesome as well as the score/soundtrack i really get a lot of emotional satisfaction from this movie it really gets me going, the main stars play their parts well and it has the best martial arts/action scenes i have ever seen. i watch this film at least a dozen times a year cos its so enjoyable, your comments mean nothing mate.

Thought I also loved Romeo Must Die.And Lethal Weapon 4 too.
And I think Unleashed has all the chances to take the lead.

The hooker actually had a detailed background. I also didn't see any poor acting, Fonda was very good, Karyo gave us a perfect villain and Jet Li - well, his character didn't asked for oscar-worthy performances, he was supposed to be empty, dull and juust focussed on his job. In fact that's what Jessica (the hooker) complained about him all the time. Apparently you didn't even listen to the dialogue (and yet you judge the dialogue). Jet's character was supposed to have flaws.
