sharethey should've used is in the fight right after he offered it. Would've been great if the Mac had used it to kill one of his bodyguards. Or did he use it? In my version of the movie it's hard to see.
Without it appearing twice it's a little bit out of context.
It's a Vick's brand menthol nasal inhaler. Usually just a quick spray in one or both nostrils will clear up any congestion or sinus pressure. If you're really stuffed up, like the characters in the film were, the relief you get is so good it's like you've "died" and gone to heaven.
