Finally saw this
This movie has like no story or plot what-so-ever. It's just a series of scenes where they seemingly catch Benicio and let him go again through ineptitude. There could have been interesting things done with the sub-plots, like the government cover-ups stuff or the chick Benicio was seeing but they aren't re-visited or further developed at all. It's like a child is telling this story and tends to forget things as he goes.
