Set in England?
They walk past stone henge so I guess it must be set in England right? My only problem is that I thought sabre tooth cats were North American animals.

No, it was set in America, with the henge thrown is as a joke, similar to the spaceship and the T-Rex.
shareHow is it set in England when the characters have American accents and not British accents? My guess is Alaska or Montana.
shareThere's not much attention paid to realism of that sort in the film. You're right, Stonehenge is in England and Smilodon, the genus of sabre-toothed cat to which Diego belongs, was native to the Americas (not just North America). Note that there were other sabre-toothed cat genera in Europe, such as Homotherium, but not Smilodon.
Old Faithful also appears in the movie, suggesting that either it is in England, or Stonehenge is in America.
Many of the animals that appear in the film were from diverse locations and times and would never have encountered the characters. For example, dodos were native to Mauritius - they never lived in either Europe or America.

Actually, judging from Manny and Diego's accents, it's probably set in New York.
I call movies that are considered 'bad' hated movies.
