Another superficial lobotomy of a great cartoon

Seriously. Some people may buy into the superficial quality of this movie. Fact is, its good for a poster. But that's all. If you are a long time fan of the original series, like myself, you will understand the characters had the old-fashioned humanistic, and selfless qualities that were so commonly found in yesterday's generation. Fast forward to now. In real life, children are missing out on the old values that should be timeless teachings. The only wisdom taught today is how to beat the odds and get all you can from this world. In other words, be selfish. This movie shows us what the gang would be like if each person was self serving. The Scooby Doo gang was like a bundles of sticks tied together. The new gang is like a handful of individuals standing under the same roof. Not the same thing.

A super lobotomy of a great cartoon? We talkin' Bugs Bunny here?

A suyperficial lobotomy of a cartoon that never
should havce even existed in the first place and was terribly drawn to boot, and which started the whole dead age of animationj comedy.

If you wanna talk Flintstones, Looney Tunes (and don't forget the Merrie Melodies), Rocky and Bullwinkle, or Mickey Mouse, yes, but Scooby is no picnic.

Heck, his owners are a bunch of Jersey Shore prototyp[e weed smokers.(smilie).

THe original Filmation style cartoon could nolt be worse if youput Snooki and the rest of the idiots of the Jersey Shore [loved to see Moe in that Shore-based scene on the Three Stooges movie currently in theatres] in the original cartoon, if they had been around bakc in 1969.Just my honest opiniom, that's all.

You're high. Most fans really liked it. It was well done, well cast and was a genuine involving and fun mystery.
