Which sci-fi action film is your favorite, in which the star is fighting himself?
shareHaven't seen The One yet, bought the dvd but I still have to watch it. Replicant is brilliant but, one of Van Damme's best movies and his acting was top notch.

Cheers mate, I started to watch The One after I came on this board last night, but I nearly fell asleep. I will finish it tonight, I was too tired. Kill Switch I will watch on Friday!!!!
shareReplicant is darker and has a great performance from Van Damme with some good stunts and action. Ringo Lam is a better director than James Wong.
However, as far as entertainment goes - The One wins for Jet Li's awesome martial arts display, nice special effects, a heart pumping soundtrack and a great concept for a film.
Imagine if they switched movies. Jet Li in Replicant and JCVD in The One. I think that would be more fitting.
