Good point. There other plot holes like this in the movie, like if the evil yulaw was srong enough to escapes his restraints at time travel station in one part of the movie how is it that he couldnt escape his restraints near the ending of the movie.

Its not time travel. Its interdimensional travel.

I stole this cute bunny from someone else
It's shown that everyone is completely drained of energy after a wormhole jump. In the beginning, Yulaw has had plenty of time to rest up before breaking out. In the end, he's about a minute out of a wormhole jump when he's put in the chair.
Also, he had a distraction the first time. The second time, anyone could've shot him/knocked him out/whatever while he was taking a few seconds to break out.
He has already travelled from his own universe to Gabe Law's.
Agent Roedecker (from the universe that Gabriel Yulaw and agent Funsch are from) gets killed, then they encounter his alternate in Gabe Law's universe working in the gas station.
It's ok I can answer my own question they are all effected by the interdimensional travel when the arrive at the main demensional place because it tears they're bodies apart than puts them back together again.
I guess you umm didnt get the premise of the movie. Its alternate universes. Its the same reason why we saw 3 jet lis in the movie.

I guess you missed the beat down he got got andhow he could barely talk much less break out of his restraints.
Yep you called that one. yep that makes sense. lol
If he was too weak from the fight to escape the restraints, then how was he able to beat up all those prisoners in the Hades universe right afterward?
The One is an OK movie, but it undeniably has plot holes. You try to fill in one hole, another caves in.
Well the restraints were way too strong for any human to break. Even though he has super human strength he was too weak to break them. When he got sent to the Hades universe the other prisoners were only human-strength, so he had no problems beating all of them. You can tell he's not at 100% because if he were he'd been throwing those guys around like toys.
shareI'm sorry, but are you just incredibly stupid? MVA Agent Harry Roedecker isn't from the universe he's killed in. The gas station attendant version of himself is.

Give me a break. One would have to be stupid to not figure out that Roedecker and "the black cop" are not from the universe Gabe Law occupies. They even refer to Gabes universe as "uninitiated" which would imply in and of itself there are no agents from Gabes universe.
Again, the op must be stupid in order to not figure out how "the black cop" can have a duplicate in Gabes universe, since that's the entire premise of the movie.
