What was the name of the movie that started the idea of 'The One'

I can not remember the name of the movie that introduced the characters Gabriel Yulaw and his partner Harry Roedecker. This is the movie that gave Yulaw the idea to become - THE ONE.

I don't know what you're talking about, unless there was some sort of Flash animated movie on the old movie's website.

If anything, this movie is a combination of Highlander and the TV show Sliders.

I was thinking the exact thing regarding the combination :)
Nothing original anymore, just remixes and hybrids I guess.

Doesn't quite apply here. "There Can Be Only One" is different.

But "The Chosen One" kind of applies to any story in which you can tell the hero's gonna win just because.
