funny under-rated film - loved it
only discovered this film a year or so back when it popped up on TV... and found it a really funny under-rated little gem. just got the dvd (it was called "Our House" here in Ireland and he U.K. - probably as the word "Duplex" is not one used very much in vocabulary/lingo here) and watched it again and loved it - so many truly awful comedies have done better box office, got more acclaim and are more well known, but think this may find a cult/classic following over time.
