I read something about a lawsuit by Blizzard Entertainment (of Warcraft and Starcraft games FYI) on the IMDB preview of this film.

Can I get some 411?

Yeah, the deal is with the original title of the movie. El Diablo, Blizzard Entertainment sued for use of the word Diablo, which they claimed is synonomus wth their game Diablo. They have copyrighted the word, and sued to keep the film from useing the work Diablo in the title. That is part of the reason for such a long delay. I know that there are other reasons too, but that was one of the big ones.
