I like this movie, Its better than XXX , I just dont know why they are releasing it know (to theathers) when it was ready during the summer of last year. I remember seeing the movie, but back then it was called 'El Diablo'

haha i bet i know how he saw it *wink* ... the same way i did on 08/26/02 :) ...oh and if you dont beleive that i saw it then how do i know that during one part of the movie vin diesal home gets broken into and 2 men all in black start shooting at him while he is in bed with his wife... i dont wanna spoil the movie really but his wife does die during the scene :P

I'm sure he did see it. I have seen it as well. It was done a long time ago and shown to some people, and someone recorded it. I think there were some legal problems when the movie was called el diablo because of the game Diablo. They had to reshoot some scenes that had reference to El Diablo or something like that. So if anyone wants to see it, get Kazaa and download it.

Gee, wasn't T2 released maybe nine or ten years ago...poassibly longer than that?

I realize how things are done, Cimmerian, I just find it amusing when many rags have said this movie was NEVER screened...so unless an illegal copy got out, excuse me for questioning.

Not to jump into this "I saw it a year ago! - No you didnt!" war, but to comment on the subject. Yes it was good. Very different for Diesel. It was realistic, unpredictable, and had more depth than people getting their asses kicked. Its possible if Vin makes more movies like this, the shady narrow-minded "if theyre not in the oscars theyre not good enough" Diesel/Affleck haters will start to appreciate him for the actor he is, can, and will be.

I like Vin though and this movie too
I agree that there was more to this than the police work and the familiar revenge theme

as far as I'm concerned, New Line Cinema put out my favorite Vin Diesel movies all three of 'em

flame if u want I don't give a *beep*

and there were lots of scenes that were changed, I liked both the endings but I liked the one where Lucero gets shanked w/ the pen at the end of the first version when he was bein' transferred
