Pretty Good This Time, I liked this movie, why didn't You???

I thought that this was a great movie for Vin Diesel. It was one that he actually did some real dramatic acting. I loved the hospital scene. Also Lorenz Tate was very good too. You had to pay attention, and listen to what was being said, to really understand what was going on. Alot of the information that they where giving about the South American drug cartels where true. But Vin really put his heart into this, and made his character believable. The only weird thing that wasn't convincing was when he left his house opened (it was suppose to be taped off as a crime scene) after it got shot-up, and if you noticed all of the stuff from the party was still in the same spot weeks later (food, bottles, drinks etc...). You would think he would have had it boarded up. Why wouldn't anybody vandalize the place after a period of time? Am I thinking too much into this? But I truley enjoyed the movie. I also liked "Hollywood Jack". I noticed looking at the votes, and reading other peoples comments they didn't like the movie much. Well is there anybody out there that did like it?

I personally loved this movie. It's one of the few movies Vin has done that I instantly loved. I guess because for once it had a human side to it. It was the little touches that got me...the way he rubbed his wedding ring after that bust went so horribly wrong, as if he was trying to keep it clean, as though he *needed* it to be clean.
There are a lot of other parts of this movie I love...so in short, no, you are not the only one out there that liked this movie. :)

Ned Flanders: *gasp* "It's the Four Elephants of The Apocalypse!"
Maude Flanders: " That's Horsemen, Ned."
Ned Flanders: "Well, getting closer!"

I really liked it as well. One of the things that really stands out for me is one of the deleted scenes. It was real short. He gets about 15 feet away from his wife's grave and says something like, "don't watch me now." I don't know where in the movie it would have been, but I thought it was a very good line. I just don't understand why they cut it.
