Or, how to cock up a simple revenge actioner. This is the sort of tripe Steven Seagal does in his sleep, only at least his tripe is enjoyable! This film seems confused as to what it wants to be, which is probably why it sat on the shelf for so long. Vin Diesel does his best but he's fighting a losing battle against the awful material he has to work with.
