Song Help Needed!

This question has been asked before by other people, but as far as I can see it hasn't been answered yet:
I'd really like to know what the song is thats playing in the background when Vin and his partner visit Big Sexy's house for the first time (just before they go out with the sniffer dog).
Any help is greatly appreciated.

it's called "it go'z down" performed by Sin in tha flesh(Malieek Straughter, etc.). I've been looking for years for this song. Not likely you will find it, however if you manage to let me know so I can get it. He's Coolio's younger brother, that's all I know about him and the group.
