Just saw it - LOVED it!

Haha, I laughed my ass of. Ed Norton as Smoochy the Rhino, how can you beat that?!

I have read some posts here about this movie and I have seen different opinions about it, some love it, some hate it. But I got to say that this movie depends on the viewers own participation. This is not a comedy where the humor is served on a golden platter, no, you as a viewer must participate and really understand for yourself what the fun in: an R-rated movie about kids-programming, are . The Rhino gets in to trouble with the Mafia, networks, Rainbow Randolph, haha, sounds priceless even on paper!

The humor isn't flat-out, which I commend, you have to find the humor yourself. It is very subtle. The acting was superb, Norton really nailed it.

Someone said: " the flick is about the underworld of Children's Television", haha! This movie is so absurd it is hilarious!

SPOILER ALERT

Just watched this and I loved it also. Seems like a lot of people didn't enjoy it according to other thread on this board, but hey they're entitled to their own opinion. I always liked Catherine Keener before she was better known and like her even more. I thought the movie ending was particularly cute. The kiss at the end ::sigh: Then the song and dance bit....like 40 yr. old Virgin...actualy the other way around since this came out first. I also like Edward Norton even more for taking this role, I probably wouldn't have liked it as much if he didn't play Smoochy, he was adorable in it in an odd way...if ya saw the movie you may know what I mean. I'm giving it 8 stars. :)
