The Black and White Movie in the film

At one point, you see Marion Davies (Dunst) in a black and white movie playing a princess or something. Was it "When Knighthood Was in Flower" ?

I'll see ya.

I don't know what movie it is but it was definetley remade when the film was being made. Poorly, I should add. They just made it black and white. They didn't add a whitening effect or do anything to make it older than just making it black and white. It looks so unrealistic. It's pathetic.

Also, short films in the 1920s were filmed and three days later released in theaters. However, it was not rare to have a film released a week or two after filming. To let the modern audience know that films were released within days of filming one of the characters said "This film was filmed two days ago and I haven't seen it in theaters yet!" Too overexagerrated

I'm sorry that this post didn't help you and I'm being offtopic, but I just can't get over how horrible this thing was.

They made Chaplin look awful and they did little or no research about the 1920s

According to IMDb's "Movie Connections," the movie was "Yolanda."
