Are you suprised he makes a movie that involes William Randolph Hearst? Kane was based off of William Randolph Hearst . Peter does commentary for Citizen Kane and has written an article defending Orson and many other things...

That's not fair at all. They were good friends and Bogdanovich wrote a book about Welles. He's a film historian as well as a director.

I think he should stick to being an historian though. He's movies mostly stink.

I think Welles lived with Peter for a while. When Peter and Cybil Shepherd were together.

Nah, nothing like that. He was just their lodge as I think Welles was having financial difficulties at the time.
