You can see the full dialogue at the end of the film in The especial edition cut. They talk about The knife that was used to slice Kitano at the begining of the movie and how Noriko kept it hidden in her desk.Kitano says that if her friends saw them together,they probably lock her again in The bathroom. They talk about The clases and at the end Kitano says: what can an adult say to a kid? Thats pretty much it.
More precisely, it ends like this:
Noriko: You know the knife that Nobu used to stab you? I keep it in a drawer in my room. At first I didn't know why, but I became really attached to it.
Kitano: Noriko... What do you think an adult should say to a kid now?
