Perhaps you mean the dialogue/script, some of that could be perceived as "corny", not the acting itself. But other than that, your review has clearly been well thought out.
What makes me laugh is that you attempt to pass negative judgment on the acting in this film, yet you seem to hold Laurie Holden's performance in The Walking Dead in high regard. That makes it a little difficult to take your critique seriously.
I liked her acting just fine. And if I recall correctly, it was the character that people could not stand. (I loved her character too!)
And I'm not trying to pass anything bad about the film. Actually, I liked it. I liked the concept, but the acting was soooooo cringeworthy.

I'm guessing you're mainly talking about the Chigusa/Sugimura "I like you" bit. That's the bit that normally gets new folk.
It works better in Japanese. "Like" is a bit stronger. It just doesn't translate well.
That is so much better, you sound like a reasonable person now, it was hard to see that when your first post was simply "the acting made me LOL!", but I'm glad to know you're not just an idiotic troll.
You're right about Andrea, a lot of people couldn't stand her, perhaps her character wasn't meant to be very likeable, if that's the case, then the actress did a fine job. Some of her mannerisms just irritated me.
The Zig is right in his post, a lot of the intended dialogue in this film is lost in the translation of the hard-coded English subtitles. Although some of the dialogue is a bit corny, I found the acting quite impressive, especially since a lot of the cast was fairly young and new to the business. Also, remember to keep in mind that they're meant to be 14-15 year old teenagers, not many of us were conversing deep and meaningfully at that age.
Character wasn't meant to be unlikeable. She did the most humanic choices a person could do. No one told her anything and they expected her to be the smartest person in the group. The show sucked after her death. I wouldn't care less if the remaining people all died in an explosion.

It'd be an interesting twist on a BR if you did make the moral choice to kill your best friend, and then they got up and killed you right back. And then you both got to hang out for a while, walking round the beach and tearing apart pigs and stuff.

I think some of the acting in BR can come across as being very over the top. I thought it was fine when I saw it, but I can imagine that it would strike others differently. Certainly Tatsuya Fujiwara has gotten a lot better over the years - in BR he mostly just screams a lot. But a lot of the rest probably comes down to the lines being a bit strange - only natural given the context - and the actors being inexperienced.
The question is, would the acting have struck you as more convincing or less convincing if the whole thing had been in English?
