One thing that didn't make sense to me was the passion (or lust) that Aditi and Hemant seemed to have for each other all of a sudden right before the wedding. Where did that come from? They both told each other that they had loves before they met. Aditi was even still seeing her man. They don't really know each other so why all of a sudden did they seem like they wanted to rip each others clothes off?

you make a good point. It is very unlikely that Hemant and Aditi developed such strong feelings for each other all of a sudden given the bride to be was still seeing her ex. Add that they also spend very little time alone together (a fact that Hemant often complains about ), since they are surrounded by friends and relatives watching their every move.
However, I think that if we keep the situation confined strictly to the film and storyline, the sudden burst of passion between them makes perfect sense. What triggered it was Aditi’s confession and Hemant’s acceptance of her mistake. It sealed a bond between them; I think that when they confronted each other about their pasts, they were finally being themselves, admitting they were not perfect and that they were both afraid of the challenge of married life. It was ultimately Hemant’s willingness to take that risk and his faith that they could be happy together, that made Aditi fall in love him.
She finally realized that Vikram (her ex) would never have that kind of courage and that he would never leave his wife for her.

You're kidding, right? The bride was GORGEOUS! She had amazing eyes, pouty lips, fantastic skin, a cute haircut and a voluptuous body. Skinny is not the rage in every country and actually goes against man's biological desires.
But aside from the visual, you must remember that the groom came from the US where half of marriages fail. By returning to Dubai and accepting an arranged marriage, he is putting faith in what has brought success for his parents and his family. The fact that his betrothed was honest with him when the deal was set and she easily could have kept her mouth shut, sealed in his trust in the system that had been successful for hundreds of years.
