i was on jackassw oprld and some1 said they got a skull collector's edtion is it real and if so what are the differneces between both boxsets

Looks like a different box for a non us version.
Well I live in Australia and I have that Box Set with the skull and crutches on it - it must have been the international cover for the DVD set. Other than that, I don't think it has extra stuff.
