Note: The SHOW, not any of the movies.

Some of mine that come to mind right now are:

-Any Party Boy skit.
-Bam and Dico dressed as hockey players, fighting on the ice.
-Steve-O getting his whole body waxed.
-Night Monkey
-Bam Margera kicking his dad's *** all day today (It's even better on the DVD version where they show extra parts. One being Bam accidentally kicking his dad in the face/head, looking like he knocked his dad clean out. Hilarious. lol)
-Bloody Windshield
-Daddy and baby going for a ride (where he leaves the baby on top of the car)
-Jeff Tremaine getting a mullet. Don't know why, I just find it funny.
-Human Bowling Ball. Mainly because of Dico's part in it. "Today's victors aren't named Victor at all. They're Ehrin and Dave." lol Not sure why, but I find that part funny. :)

The Daddy and Baby ones have me laughing so hard, especially when Johnny is crying hysterically in front of the do-gooders, and laughing like a hyena afterwards!

Also Snake River BMX is a funny one. Ryan gets so far across the river the first few times, but after that he keeps dropping like a sack of sh[t and faceplanting the river bed. Plus crowds and police involvement. Hilarious.
