i ahve to say the only reason i got this film was because mark ruffalo was in it..! DANM DID HE LOO H.O.T.T! lol!.. the film wasnt to bad!.. it had its points where it was funi!.. i liked it! :D .. (it did help that mr. ruffalo was in it)

I don't really get how women go crazy over this guy? In all the movies I've seen him in, he's either looked like a gorilla or overweight with an extra chin. His acting is so-so but in the looks department... puhleez.. there's plenty of boy next door types that aren't so simian looking.
I think maybe if you see him in all his other movies you may like him better. Check out 'In the Cut' or 'You Can Count on Me', he really is a great actor, he does great in any role.

I think part of Ruffy's appeal is that he is quite "real" looking while still having tons of sex appeal. In still photos he doesn't always look so hot, but when you see him in action, the appeal usually comes through pretty fast.
shareThat's my reason too. I love his acting style and demeanor, plus he's not bad to look at. I've been renting all of his lesser known movies (where he is not the star) and watching them (Committed, The Last Castle).
