One of the best first-half horror movies I've seen.
The second half, not so much. It was okay, but didn't match the intensity of the first half.

I think most people feel this way. It's a shame most dislike this film because of its second half. The first half pretty much checks all the boxes on the "how to make a great horror film" list.
shareI do remember the opening being particularly good when they discover the creeper and are then followed by him. Well crafted creepiness.
