exposition, exposition...


A promising story, with an excellent setting, in my opinion ruined by a needlessly over complicated plot. the story was totally weighed down with explaining itself at the end. the meaning, point, story, characters - everything got obscured by the masses of exposition required to tell us what had happened. a simpler story could have made far better use of the set up.
