in the sense that every movie with Tom Cruise is about Tom Cruise. This movie was more about Sofia and the other characters.
I like Tom Cruise, and think he is a great actor, but he is one of those guys who is almost too good looking for some roles.

H was meant to be a spoiled rich kid, and part of the premise of the movie was he was a good looking guy who had it all, but was still unsatisfied...this was also true of the original Spanish version.
Plus, in half the movie his face is horribly disfigured.
