Theres a Dvd called the black hand of death. It basicly explains everything.

A man named Clarence heatley started the preacher crew, They Were notorious for the fact that their methods were ruthless. Rather than deal drugs, they extorted the drug dealers, and those who didnt pay were Either tortured horribly and or killed.

Clarence heatley was involved in the death of rich porters brother donnell. Apparently, Donnels Uncle Was Jealous of Rich, Since he was making so much money. he was in the preacher crew, So he contacted clarence, the head of the preacher crew To get permission to do the kidnapping. The Preacher crew had a killing basement where they would kill their victims, and had a democratic council of sorts, where they would all vote wheter a member lived or died. So After Rich Gets killed by alpo, They order Donnell to be killed. They have one of the members kill him with a pipe. That member was later killed by preacher.

Im posting this because none of this was covered in the movie, and it basicly explains who was responsible and why.
