OVERALL I'd say the special effects weren't bad,such as the main character for instance.... but every villain in this movie looked neither evil nor menacing and for some reason their special effects all looked bad. I dont know what it is, maybe because they all look boyish. Their sneering and growling was about as menacing as that of a fluffy puppy guarding a bone.
shareWorst bad guys in recent memory. Even the fake 80's gang from Death Wish 3 could kick their asses, and those idiots are comprised of dancers, dudes with ink on their feet, and people who think a toilet plunger makes a good weapon.
I don't even know what power the dude driving the truck had. I guess he didn't last long enough for us to find out, or he wasn't even remotely memorable for me to remember anything he did beyond pressing the gas pedal on a vehicle. Wind guy is just one of those dudes in highschool known only for their famous last words... You cannot catch the wind! (two seconds later) Aaaaaahhh! And water guy is this gross slimy thing. I mean, what is that? He can hang out under water and he scares women away because he's drippings vit goo. Nice.
