My first reaction is that it definitive a toupe. But I don't think that I've ever seen him wear his hair down and not pushed back. On top of that it's kinda distracting that it's colored as well.

What do you say ?

In the trivia section, it says it took 3(!!) hours to apply that hair piece. 3. HOURS. And it looks that bad.
