that Bourne wouldn't know ahead of time there was kid and all the other people in the same room with Wombosi, I mean c'mon. Plus, as a brainwashed assassin they made them out to be he wouldn't have any second thoughts about killing Wombosi.

He would have known they were on board but not necessarily in the room with him. On another note, he's probably never killed a parent in front of their children before. He's still human, so that's a tough situation you never know how you'll react to until you're in the moment.
